📦 SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

📦 Order Processing & Shipping

 

  • All orders ship within 1–5 business days via USPS or FedEx.
  • Processing time is up to 24–48 hours (most orders ship within 24 hours unless during high-volume periods).
  • Orders placed on days we are closed (Mondays) will begin processing the following business day (Tuesday).
  • Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout.

🚨 REQUIRED CUSTOMER INFORMATION (IMPORTANT)

To ensure timely processing and delivery, customers must provide complete and accurate information at checkout, including:

  • Full legal first and last name
    (No initials, nicknames, abbreviations, or partial names)
  • Active email address
  • Valid phone number
  • Complete and accurate shipping address

🔒 We do not ship orders placed under nicknames, initials, shortened names, or partial names.

The name entered at checkout must be the customer’s full first and last name, matching the name associated with their payment method and government-issued ID.

❗ Orders placed with missing, incorrect, or incomplete information — including half names or initials — will be canceled and refunded for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

✏️ Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, customer information cannot be modified within our system.

If incorrect or incomplete information is entered at checkout, the order will be canceled and refunded, and the customer may place a new order with the correct information.

Providing accurate information at checkout is the customer’s responsibility.

🔐 Signature Confirmation & Delivery Responsibility

For your security, all shipped orders require a signature upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Actively tracking their shipment
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package

Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient


HAIR, WIGS & LACE PRODUCTS (ONLY)

  • Processing time for hair, wigs, and lace products is 1–5 business days.
  • Please allow 1–4 business days to receive a tracking number before contacting customer service regarding tracking.
  • Shipping time for weave extensions is 3–5 business days (lashes not included).
  • Weekends and holidays are not included.
